Is there a screen and wifi?
In most rooms, yes, and it is listed under facilities: screen or projector, whiteboard, video-call equipment, wifi, coffee and tea. If you need something specific, confirm it is there before you book.
Can I book a whole day?
Yes. Simply choose a longer slot when you book, which helps if you are running an off-site or a day of interviews and do not want to lose the room in between sessions.
