Gebruik van de fitnessruimte. De fitnessruimte is kleinschalig en rustig opgezet. Tijdens je training kunnen maximaal 4 andere sporters aanwezig zijn. In de praktijk is de ruimte meestal leeg of wordt deze door slechts 1 à 2 personen gebruikt. Daardoor kun je als personal trainer doorgaans in alle rust met je klant werken, zonder de drukte van een grote commerciële sportschool. Je hebt toegang tot de aanwezige krachtapparatuur, vrije gewichten en functionele trainingsmaterialen. De fitnessruimte is compact maar compleet ingericht voor krachttraining, conditietraining en functionele oefeningen. Roeiapparaat. Airbike. Chest press. Back extension. Leg curl. Seated row. Lat pulldown. Leg press. Inner thigh machine. Outer thigh machine. Squatrack met halterschijven. Pull-up steunen. Dumbbellrek van 2 t/m 20 kg, van ieder gewicht 2 dumbbells. In overleg kan er daarnaast gebruik worden gemaakt van het buitenterrein en, wanneer de grote trainingszaal niet in gebruik is, ook van die ruimte voor oefeningen waarbij wat meer bewegingsvrijheid gewenst is. Verwacht in het krachthonk weinig luxe. Er is geen centrale verwarming of airco. Er is wel een ventilator en een kleine kachel.

Een lichte en ruime trainingszaal met circa 90 m² vloeroppervlak, voorzien van een zachte sportvloer van circa 70 m²en veel vrije bewegingsruimte. De zaal is geschikt voor onder andere personal training, weerbaarheidstraining, coaching met beweging, workshops, opleidingen, sportlessen en andere actieve groepsactiviteiten. De ruimte is met een gordijn gescheiden van de sportruimte er achter. Voor grotere groepen kun je beide zalen tegelijk gebruiken. De ruimte beschikt over diverse trainingsmaterialen, waaronder bokszakken, pads, kettlebells, dumbbells en TRX. Afhankelijk van het gebruik kunnen materialen aan de kant blijven zodat een grote open vloer beschikbaar is. Naast de trainingsruimte kan gebruik worden gemaakt van toiletten en, in overleg, de faciliteiten op de bovenverdieping met zitgelegenheid, tafel en koffie/thee. Een praktische locatie voor trainers, coaches en organisaties die meer ruimte nodig hebben dan een traditionele spreek- of vergaderruimte.

Ruime achterzaal van circa 85 m² met een volledig uitgeruste mattenvloer. Geschikt voor personal training, zelfverdediging, weerbaarheid, agressieregulatie, bewegingsgerichte coaching, yoga en kleine groepsactiviteiten. De zaal biedt veel bewegingsvrijheid en kan worden gebruikt voor zowel individuele begeleiding als trainingen en workshops. Trainingsmaterialen zoals stootkussens, pads, bokshandschoenen, kettlebells en TRX zijn in overleg beschikbaar. De ruimte beschikt over een uitschuifbare boksring. In practice the two words get used interchangeably. A sports hall tends to be bigger and higher, with markings for several sports at once, so go by the floor area and ceiling height rather than the name; both are listed for every hall.
Can I rent a sports hall for a tournament?
Yes, you book a half-day or a full day instead of an hour. Tell the host in the chat what you are running and roughly how many people are coming, so they can confirm the hall and changing rooms will cope.
Do I need to be part of a Dutch sports federation to book?
No. You book directly with the host as an individual, a club or a company, and there is nothing to register with beyond your PlaceHub account.
